The main female character in the film is represented differently throughout the film. near the of the film she's represented as mentally unstable. This is shown when we see we see the male's point of view. we see that they have never been in a relationship and she's imagined it all. we also see that all her artwork she has done and how creepy it is. she made a figure of the man with cloth and other bits and pieces. we see all her actions from the male's point of view we see how he's becoming extremely stressed because of her actions. In the start of the film she's represented as an innocent and caring art student trying to make a living. we see her in a relationship with a doctor and she's really happy. she sends roses and paintings to him and he likes them. This shows that the film will be full of action. The bright colours are being used to attract the audience's attention. The title of the film is in the middle of the screen. This is because it's easy to see. The actors are shown above the title this is to attract people who like the actors to see the film.  

This music video is a narrative music video that tells the story of a black family who have been attacked and the step dad has been attacked. This video both challenges the stereotype of blacks being criminals. We see a black family being robbed and trying to defend themselves. This challenges the stereotype of blacks being criminals because they are an innocent family and aren't involved with crime.We can't see the robbers skin colour so we don't know if they too are black. If they are they would be reinforcing the stereotype.This relates to dyer's theory and shows that black people aren't always the ones who commit crime and they are challenging the stereotype. this music video is a performance type music video. This video reinforces male gaze theory as there are women in the video wearing very little clothing. This reinforces the stereotype of women being sex objects. The colour orange has connotations of joy and happiness. it's a fun and happy colour. The orange symbolises freshness. The advert says how there are no artificial flavours or colouring. The orange is supposed to represent this as they are saying it's straight from an orange.  This advert is for collision assist in mercedes benz cars. The full moon has connotations of lunacy and that's when all the 'monsters' come out like werewolves. The garlic is used as vampires are scared of garlic. they also symbolise a object in the road that could harm the driver. The moon and the darkness are meant to show drivers that even in the dark the collision assist still works and can protect them.
